- Use consistently for at least 3 months
- For external use only; avoid contact with the eyes
- Stop using it if irritation occurs
- Apply to a clean, dry scalp once a day, preferably at night
- Spray about 14 times over the areas concerned
- Massage gently to spread the lotion evenly
- Leave in; do not rinse
